For this card I started with a base of blue card stock and added some patterned papers from my stash. I cut the pennants and the ovals with my Silhouette Cameo and the curvy strip is die cut. I added 3 brads and strung the pennants on some hemp twine.
I used the sketch from the Made Especially for You sketch challenge which was a great help to me in creating this since I really had no idea where to begin for this card. Here is the sketch.
