Love Red, White and Pink!

This weeks Dutch Dare challenge is Red, White & Pink with a valentine or love sentiment.  I am also entering this card into the Perfect Sentiments challenge and the Deep Ocean 'love' challenge and the Creative Inspirations challenge.

Here is what I came up with.

The ABC Design Team Challenge Blog February challenge is inspired by this photo.  The colors are red, white and pink.
                               


        I had a bit of trouble with this particular color scheme but finally came up with this card.

Since they allow multiple entries, I may give this some more thought and see if I can come up with something better.  Entries are accepted until Feb. 25th so go on over there and enter.  They are offering a nice prize to the winner!

Dutch Dare Card Challenge

Hi all!  Hope you're having a great Tuesday.  I am enjoying a quiet, peaceful day at home.  I love day's like this and am looking forward to many more of them soon.

In my leisure I've spent some time surfing the net and finding new blog challenges to help stir my creative juices.  The Dutch Dare blog looks fantastic and I have decided to jump right in and enter one of the cards I made yesterday.

I am becoming quite fond of the color palette in this particular card and I think I may spend my evening making more of these adorable paper flowers.

TSG142 Negative Die Cut Challenge

The folks over at 'There She Goes Clear Stamps' are sponsoring a card challenge for a Negative Die Cut card.  I just adore cards with all kinds of dimension, so I could not resist coming up with this little card.  I love butterflies and sparkle and was able to use both of those elements in this card.
